I have a 5lb trout in the freezer jody recently caught. I will put on the BBQ and bring a big bowl of cous cous.

So my burgers should go down well then?

Got 2 hot sauces I'm bringing. A west Indian sauce made with habernero and scotch bonnet (the mild one) and one made with 70% Bhut Jolokia

I've purposefully made the burgers with a kick but mild by our standards, if people want to liven them up, we have the goods

I was going to pop to cash and carry on Friday and grab a couple crates of energy drinks and coke etc to bring up. Can grab a few more if ppl want. Not sure how expensive stuff is on site? Coming up with devon lad so we have 2 boot frunk spaces!

Like most shows, let's just say prices are a bit inflated

That's why I decided to tame down the burgers They are spicy but not stupid this time. That way more people can give them a try and if they fancy upping the anti, there is plenty of sauce available to liven them up

Seriously though, it's not all spicy. The idea is that with the communal BBQ, people bring one thing they know they will like and it's all thrown in the pot. It then becomes a free for all but no one goes hungry
