Is there a deadline?

I think I read the deadline as 4th sept for pre booking, then its just more expensive on the door prices (£45 instead of £32-50 for the weekend I think).

Right, as mentioned, pre booked deadline is the 4th September. Somehow I have to find time to get the MK2 in for an MoT as well. Off to Ibiza the weekend before as well....Chaos

That said, bought my tickets now so definitely coming.

We have a couple of things left to sort out though.

1. We need to provide the risk assessment for the marquee to Nigel. I know one has been produced for JAE. If I can have a copy, I can get that sorted out.

2. Generator. I know Dave (Tallboy) was looking into options but we need to sort something there. Nigel has come forward with a contact at HSS with a price of £140 inc VAT, collection and delivery but that offers no support if the genny goes down.

I'd like to come and join you. I have a 1.8kw "suitcase" generator which I'm happy to bring along with me. If nothing else, it's good enough for a low wattage camping kettle (which I have) and lighting.

CTM: I'm glamping this time. No little tents any more

The offer of a genny is kind mate It'll do at a push for some lighting but we could do with something a little beefier to run the audio and give people something to charge phones etc from

Costs me nothing to bring it, so I'll throw it in the car.

Right, I've got the music equipment sorted out (Amp, speakers, cables, mixer, Laptop) - I've just had to buy a new mixer as my trusty show one has finally given up through damp circuits

I've also go a selection of lighting units I can bring along (coloured/laser/strobe)

I still need the Risk Assessment that has to be floating about somewhere and we need a larger gennie sorting out for the audio rig/lighting etc. We're also going to need a table of some sort (Tallboy?)

Turns out I have to try and get my MoT done on the morning of the show so I might be in the MK3 with the Missus bringing her Yaris if it doesn't do well....That'll be interesting
