Yes, hi Shaun where are you based. As Caroline has said we are just dusting off after winter.
Tell us a bit about yourself and your car :th:

I was at the Scottish car show today and decided to join the club after seeing the collection of MR2s. I have a rev5 anniversary edition which I've owed for 9 years. Can some one tell me when and where the next Scottish meeting will be held

A few have anniversary on the logbook but aren't actually anniversary models for some reason

DVLA in another 'does weird stuff' shocker! :)

Or some artistic licence by the dealer who applied for the original registration.

I'll put money on a Rev5 being neither of the colours of a genuine UK 10th Anniversary car.

If it's 98 I'd bet it isn't an Anni, they were all 96. Relatively easy to identify... What's it's Anniversary number and what colour is it?

Not sure why I got into this. I don't really care if it's a ae or not I just like the car. For the record it's red no idea what the ae number is.

Anyone know when the next Scottish club meeting is ?

yes, but my mr2 is not quite ready for the road, on the final stretch of a long & complex rebuild project & just found a leaky brake pipe running front to back!!
