Are these wheels standard or aftermarket?

Hi All,
So I bought a Roadster on Saturday and have just given it a good wash, polish and clean inside. I noticed that my wheels look like they are starting to corrode so I was wondering if these are standard or not as I had heard the standard ones do this.
