Right, time for some organisation...

Who's in for the 5-a-side footy team?

In previous years we have entered a team in the 5-a-side football tournament, and this year is no exception... after making the semi-finals in 2010 & 2013, and coming runners up in 2011 and 2012, we are after the winners medals this year!

This will definitely be my last year of entering the team as captain, so I really want to go out on a high and win the damn thing before I retire the armband and pass it on to someone younger...

The team can consist of 7 players, 5 on the pitch and then 2 rolling subs, general rules apply, but the referee will explain before the first match... the games take place throughout the day on the Saturday, usually starting at around 10am

Jody, my other half who came last year is up for it. not played since school but is super competitive

If your short of a player I`ll have a go, I`m sure I can some short shorts and a fairly low top to put the other side off

I'll play in goal if noone else wants to Chris.. Other than that I can shout from the touch line lol

Not been to hospital as its pointless so I dont know for sure if its broken or not but its effin killin and its gone black and blue lol

Lol, were all falling to pieces! My nerve damage has flared up again, but i'll still try and make the dragon boats

If not, i think the pub quiz might be my limit of athleticism

I am out of all events following a fall from my motorbike on the Sunday before my wedding and damaging my shoulder and ribs.:-(
