Japshow 2013 - Evening Plans

Right Guys,
Japshow is nearly here
Thought I would give you a bit of run down of what we have organised for the evening. The show is always a very informal affair with no real plans (apart from Drunken Dodgems) but I thought I would let you know what has been organised.
A majority of the kit needed has been kindly donated or fetched ready but there are a few holes which would be good if people could chip in and help.
1. We have 2 gazebo's coming (1 with me, 1 with Dan/Rach) to give ample cover and a social area
2. Jonn1boy has kindly offered to bring a small generator and something to play tunes with.
3. I have some fairy lights I am going to bring along to give a little light when the sun fades away.
4. Steve has offered to bring a spare Jerry Can of fuel for the gennie and some 2 stroke oil.
5. I am bringing 2 disposable BBQ's but we could do with a few more
6. I have the sails for the club to go into the car. This will help everyone find us.
The general idea is that rather than everyone fending for themselves food wise, we fire up the BBQ's in sequence and prepare food together. That way it becomes a "free for all" with everyone helping themselves to whatever is cooked. I am even bringing a couple of portions of my "Red Hot Chilli" to put on a small camping stove for people to see how hot they can handle it. This will act as a sauce of sorts for those that dare
I intend to ensure that this show is very informal, new and old getting to know each other and generally having a good laugh. I will be there at the opening of the gates Saturday morning (8am) to try and secure us a good spot.
Food wise, apart from the chilli, I am going to bring a pack of decent burgers and a pack of decent sausages plus buns to go with them. Bring whatever you like
Above everything, make sure you have a laugh. Some of us veterans of this show have some great memories (although last year was a bit interesting)
