Hi All

Replaced the battery on my 91 plate t-bar the other day and some clear plastic tubing fell out of the battery compartment. Anybody any ideas what it could be?

Darren

Its for bleeding the heater matrix , above the battery there is a bleed nipple that has a big white screw on the top which you attach the pipe to to bleed the coolant system.

There's usually 2 lengths, one for the heater matrix and one for the radiator.

funny you should ask that, had to remove the top plastic trim to facilitate having the aircon regassed and saw the tubing you mentioned and also wondered what its purpose was
