To start a new topic in a forum first choose the forum you wish to post in by clicking the forum title (I'll use General Banter as an example) then find the "New Topic" button (top and bottom of the page) and click that.
Enter a title for your post in the Subject box, enter the text of your post in the box below that and then click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
If you wish to post a reply on an existing thread then click the "Post Reply" button at the top or bottom of the thread and continue from the second step above.
