Spare key
After hours of reading, please forgive me for starting another thread on this subject.
I have the master black and grey spare, but i ideally want an additional spare.
I've read the programming transponder key document, but the particular key that is mentioned, is no longer available on aliexpress.
The part number 89785-17020 seems to have been superceded, so I'm not sure what I need to buy.
Its for a sept 99 rev 5.
Any help appreciated.
Cheers

Re: Spare key
Sorted, Toyota can still get me one and are happy to let me have a crack coding it, he was the one who advised me to give it a go lol
Re: Spare key
Will do. I'll bring my door opening and closing game skills to the party lol
Its just over £32 for the key, not too bad given anything from that well known auction site would be a risk.

Re: Spare key
This I know, the costs of discs and pads on my RCF that I had (pre covid ) were eye watering! Rear pads were remortgage material

Re: Spare key
Yet I can buy an oil filter from Mr T as cheap (if not cheaper) than most places + my local Mr T always chucks on a free sump plug washer.
Re: Spare key
I'm new to MR2 ownership, I need this Mr T in my life. Could you let me know how to find them as when I search on Google I get B A Berakas fro the A Team lol
