Recently had the secondary cats removed, exhaust and an intake put on my MR2 (keeping the primary cat) which has caused two things..

1) The car to become MASSIVELY louder

2) CEL which I’ve been informed is due to Lambda sensors needing replacing.

The only sensors I can find are “before cat” oxygen sensors. So I’m guessing my question is, are all 3 Lambda sensors before cat sensors ?

Cheers guys

No, there's 2 before ( both the same part number) and 1 after (different part number)

89465 - SENSOR, OXYGEN

89465-17200 ( 1 ) EXHAUST PIPE (08/2002 - 05/2003)

89465-17180 ( 2 ) EXHAUST MANIFOLD (08/2002 - 09/2005)

89465-17201 ( 1 ) EXHAUST PIPE (05/2003 - 09/2005)

Note the part numbers for different years
Black is not a colour ! .... Its the absence of colour
