Ade and I was looking at a women while iwe were there and im now guessing she is standing in pain and agony. The reason i say standing is, all her back and arms was a bright deep red colour. She may even be in A&E with 1st degree burns. I have never seen anyone as bad as she was.

But yeah my neck arms and forehead are feeling quite hot. I would take a photo but dont wanna scare you all.

I had a text off Ade, he thinks he may have heat stroke. :-(

I think its in the English mature to get sunburnt at the slightest bit of sun as we never see much of it throughout the year.

Sunburn happened to me on Friday afternoon playing golf...my martial arts instructor (and 70 other people in the bloody class) took the mick out of me a LOT on the friday night at my grading. Suffice to say i made sure i was topped up on lotion the entire day even if it streamed into my eyes on the way home!

Result: no sunburn for me

I already got burnt on the Saturday - Hence why I headed off a bit earlier on the Sunday as I didn't want to get any more burnt!!

Poor Ade, I hope he's alright.

I got quite a bit burnt on the Bank Holiday Sunday before WRA, just from walking to the village shops at 11am!!

This weekend gone I spent Saturday on a garage roof laying roofing felt and doing various gardening bits, then Sunday out in the sun at the WRA.

To top it off, yesterday I had a site meeting at a 4 storey townhouse in Bristol to measure it up. 4 hours on the south side of a building in the middle of the day and a 7 hour round trip in a car without aircon wearing shirt & trousers was not pleasant!!

But at least I'm still not red!!!
