Replacement front dampers.
In this:
http://www.mr2-ben.co.uk/products/view/ ... -1989-1999
Suitable for a 1997 Rev4 UK N/A?
I know it's probably available cheaper, but I just wanted to make sure I was looking for the fit part before I looked any further. Just failed my MOT on a leaking damper (among other things)
Are they easy enough to fit? I've never done rebuildable shocks before, only ever swapped whole units.

Re: Replacement front dampers.
They are inserts for rebuildable struts (which you should have on yours). If the struts are in good condition then it's probably the cheaper option although tricky to do.
TCB Parts sell the whole strut/shock unit for not much more each.
Check your top mounts, springs, spring cups, and gaiters too.

Yea you're right, there's not much in it. They have genuine front struts for £55.
Should I be replacing both or is one side fine as long as tho the isn't leaking?

No problem. Trevor will sort you out. I used TCB when I replaced all my dampers on my old NA a few years ago. There's a good guide in the 'know your two' section.
