Toyota MK2 1996 | Wheel & Coil Over Set-up | Recommendations/discussion
Hello everyone! i have a 1996 Blue Toyota MR2 MK2 and it's my pride and joy!
After spending a hefty sum to get it completely rust free im wanting to upgrade its current stock set up to what I'm thinking is BC Racing Coil-overs and a pair of JR Wheels JR7's
I'm writing In here for some help and guidance really and just curious to see what you lovely people are running and what you have found to be the best fitment!
I'm a novice when it comes to this kinda stuff with sizing etc! so i would really appreciate any recommended sizing and set up
Im thinking - J
R Wheels JR7 17x8 ET35 5x114.3 - FRONT
R Wheels JR7 17x9 ET35 5x114.3 - REAR
BC Racing Coilovers for Toyota MR2 SW20\21 90-99
Cheers everyone!

More BCs.
@BigAL, you don't mention whether your car is a turbo or n/a.
That is relevant because BCs have two different spring rates.
Front 4kg/mm Rear 6kg/mm & Front 5kg/mm Rear 8kg/mm
Have a look at this thread - https://mr2oc.co.uk/forum/41/159862.html
With a 9J ET35 rear, arch rolling might be needed depending on your ride height setting.
Coilovers make adjusting that a straightforward task.

If you're not living life on the edge, you're taking up too much room!

With my N/A I went for the lower spring rates. Still a decent ride. Higher ones would be pretty stiff for an N/A
