UK Rev4 front caliper piston size

98 Rev 4 brake advice needed please. Would anyone know if all UK Rev 4 standard front brake caliper pistons are twin pot 63mm? I'm ordering a piston rebuild kit from GTFOUR but they have asked if my car has 63mm pistons. Thanks.

AFAIK none of them have 63mm pistons that's enormous, are you sure you don't mean 36mm? I thought that was the standard MK2 piston size?

It should BUT you need to confirm that yourself
I'd give Bigg Red a ring, I've dealt with them in the past and they are very good, they will also refurbish your calipers at a very reasonable price, like new when they are done with them, worth checking out their website.

You just need a kit for brake callipers with 22v stamped on them. These are on all cars turbo/na import/uk car. The only different kit is for the rev 1 cara 1989-1991. These are stamped with 16v. Big Red seals the kit and is perfect as I have used them myself and had no issues. Just make sure you get the 22v kit. Hope this helps

Just had a look on their site and they have them advertised as 63mm instead of 36mm, bit of a typo. I used big red for mine, seems it's probably the same kit but gt4 has added a mark up.
