This is your final warning Mick, take it very seriously, libel me once more and you will face legal action.

I suggest you read this and absorb it fully.

"A defamatory publication has been defined as: a publication “lowering the plaintiff in the estimation of right-thinking people generally”

“a publication, without justification or lawful excuse, which is calculated to injure the reputation of another, by exposing him to hatred, contempt, or ridicule.”

a publication tending to make a person be “shunned and avoided”

Your comments fall into all three categories, i have NEVER worked on any of your cars, all i have tried to do is help you in the past, sent you free parts and gave you countless hours of help with your own engine conversion. The final straw for me was you slagging Dan off behind his back when the guy bent over backwards to install a V6 for you, well sorry i don't stand for that...... and a result of me exposing you as having more faces than Mount Rushmore you have done nothing but try to damage my reputation.

How's that going for you by the way? I've had a 4-5 month waiting list for my work for over ten years now, you choose to ignore the HUNDREDS of perfect conversions i have out there, do you read Twobrutal at all? Perhaps you should, after all i document every single build i've ever done.... http://www.twobrutal.co.uk/forum/forumd ... ects-Forum

That is 6 pages of build threads, basically everything i have ever done on an Mr2 all detailed and documented for my customers, i suggest you read it. I have one of the best reputations in the world for my work and things i have developed for the Mr2 community, it is my lifes work and i am extremely proud of everything i have achieved.

Have i made mistakes? Of course i have, everyone does in every job, or are you the only perfect one? But i will not stand by and watch you post that i build "death traps" , how exactly does that work? You're fully aware i do engine conversions for a living?

Be aware i have had enough of you and i will bring the full force of the law upon you if you continue to libel my name, that is not an idle forum threat, consider that a final warning.

I suggest you read the Defamation act of 1996.

:clapping: well put

+1

Mick has had comment a plenty from me via pm and should he choose to reply here, there's only one thing needed to be said. I think anyway.

:confused1: Why has this suddenly flared up again? It is my understanding that the other thread was locked quite some time ago. So I can't see how the war of words can be continuing unless it is happening on other forums or being waged via the use of the OC's PM facility. If it's the latter then that seems well out of order and is surely a breach of club rules.

Btw where ARE the rules listed? I don't seem to able to find them.

I thought it was Mick (being a friend of Luke) trying to divert attention away from Pacific Works as Paul has the same initials, plus he doesn't like Paul?
I on the other hand have always found Paul to be very knowledgeable and helpful, even giving up his time for free to help.
Ps the post wasn't about pacific works it was somebody asking for a good garage and some of us giving feedback on our experiences.

Ah, that explains it. Hadn't read that one (until now). TG was quite entitled to comment on his experience with Pacific Works. However the extras were completely uncalled for and added nothing to the thread.

I can confirm it is sometimes difficult to get an answer from Luke on the phone. Bit of a pain when you're waiting at the bottom gate twiddling your thumbs hoping one of those big trucks will arrive and you can follow it through.

Had it been on IMOC, a formal warning would have been dished out some time ago.
