NA Engine Lid rain spout?

Post by Wilkie Senior »

Hi
Having owned MR2s for some time I noticed on a post somewhere this part of a NA Engine Lid

& well neither of mine have had this, so I am curious, as we know the rain water is deposited nicely on the Alternator!!

Anyone shine a light on the the bit marked around in the photo?

Certain year, Rev, market option etc

Cheers Brian

I'm surprised that MK2's don't all have a diverter like that? MK1's have a similar thing with a diversion system that takes water away from the alternator. Jeff has a Beams, wonder if his has it ?
