Hello,

I am new to the OC so forgive me if i am posting on the wrong forum.

I recently bought an 2003 Mr2. It has just got back from the garage it needs a new exhaust system to pass emissions, and MOT.

It is Missing its catalytic converter! Toyota quoted me £2700 for an new exhaust system but i have found aftermarkets online for about £300-£500. Timing chains are about £110 online. How much would they be separately roughly with labour from a mechanic though? Also i would be grateful if you could suggest good places to buy parts from!
