Re: Anniversary Aerial Problem
I have read the article, though it wont help as I discovered that the inside plastic toothed pully has snapped in two, motor looks pretty bad too (but still works).
Ive sent 20 messages to various MR2 mk2 breakers though no one could help me.

Not Plan B again!! Why don't we just go with plan B in the first place?

Re: Anniversary Aerial Problem
You can buy a replacement mast off ebay as I bought one ages ago and was easy enough to fit. I do have a spare rev1/2 electric aerial (genuine toyota) that you can have. The mast is bent but everything else is good. Cheers

Re: Anniversary Aerial Problem
I have just repaired mine. I stripped the unit down, washed out all the old grease and reassembled with fresh grease. I purchased a replacement mast from ebay but it was rubbish, it was too thin so the gears just slipped over the teeth, it was even thinner than the original worn out one. In the end I bought a replacement genuine Toyota mast from GT4-Play and it now works perfectly.
